Start with the correct product record
Open the live product page and confirm the complete product name, SKU and sale unit. Each published listing represents one carton containing 10 individual packs. Do not rely on a shortened name, saved price or screenshot when several products have similar wording.
Review the current price and stock only after confirming the record. Product details, availability and displayed amounts can change, so the live product page is the current source when an order is placed.
Check the Australian delivery address
Azenlyx ships only to eligible addresses within Australia and does not support international delivery. Enter the recipient name, address and contact details accurately. Incomplete, inaccurate or ineligible delivery information may cause an order to be held or cancelled.
Before payment, check:
- the full recipient name;
- the street address, suburb, state and postcode;
- that the destination is within Australia and eligible under the current policy;
- the email address and phone number supplied with the order;
- that the intended recipient is at least 18 years old.

Understand delivery estimates
Processing and delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees. Address checks, carrier conditions, public holidays and other operational circumstances can affect timing. Do not plan around an exact arrival date unless the current order communication explicitly confirms one.
Keep the order confirmation and any tracking information associated with the order. If you need support, use the order number so the enquiry can be matched to the correct record.
Final checks before payment
Review the cart before continuing to checkout. Confirm:
- each complete product name and SKU;
- the quantity of cartons;
- the current AUD amount shown;
- the delivery details;
- the current shipping, returns and ordering terms.
If a product, quantity or address is wrong, correct it before submitting the order. A later support request is easier to assess when the original order details are complete and accurate.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect
Contact Azenlyx promptly through the contact page. Include the order number, complete product name or SKU, a concise description of the issue and clear photographs where damage or an incorrect item is involved.
Keep the item and its packaging until support provides the next step. Do not discard packaging that may help identify transit damage, a missing component or a record mismatch.
Change-of-mind requests
Change-of-mind returns may be restricted for regulated or sealed goods and require assessment before anything is sent back. Review Returns and Refunds and contact support first. Do not return an item without receiving the applicable instructions.
